Water Mold Temperature Controller
Water mold temperature controller has a fast rising and cooling speed, uniform temperature control. It can effectively reduce the appearance defects and pores of extrusion parts and prevent the residual internal pressure caused by sudden cooling in extrusion.
Water mold temperature controller is based on water as a heat transfer circulation medium. It is an efficient and reliable solution for maintaining consistent temperatures during the molding process. it ensures precise control and keep temperature for improved production efficiency and quality. The heating power can be selected from 6KW to 200KW, max heating temperature reach to 180 deg.C.

Basic functions:
- Return water and set temperature display.
- The heating power gear adjustment.
- Hot water BY-PASS release pressure loop.

- Imported electrical accessories, WEST, A B B, CARLO, LS, SCH NEIDER, SIE MENS, OM RON, etc.
- PID touch screen multi-stage temperature control system can maintain accuracy within ±1ºC.
- Adopts high efficiency water cycle pump with 304 stainless steel, which can meet the demands of temperature control and mould loop with minor diameter to achieve precise temperature control and high efficiency heat exchange.
- Multiple safety devices including power reverse phase protection, pump overload protection, overheat protection and low level protection that can automatically detect abnormal performance.

Inlet water returns to the mold temperature controller and then be pressured by pump to the heating elements. After being heated, High temperature water will be forced to mold and continue the circle. In the process,if the water temperature is too high,the system will activate the solenoid valve to let cooling water cool down the temperature directly until the water is down to the system requirement.If the temperature Keeps increasing and reach to the set point, system will sound high pressure alarm and stop operation;when system pressure is too high(reach set value of high pressure switch),alarm would sounds and machine halts:when cooling water pressure fails to reach the set value,pressure switch will send a signal of water storage to launch low pressure alarm and machine stopped.
