Oil Mold Temperature Controller also called oil heater, oil heating type temperature control unit. The heating power can be selected from 6KW to 480KW.
The Mold Temperature Controller are mainly used for heating and keeping temperature of the plastic injection, rubber molds, die casting and other industries with control temperature facilities. The features of MTC that are max temperature reach to 300, heating power gears adjustment, famous brand electrical apparatus, 304 stainless steel inside pipes, accurate control and ECO keeping temperature.
Mold Temperature Controller improves production efficiency. Before injection molding, the mold temperature can be automatically controlled, quickly heated to the required temperature and always maintained constant temperature. In the plastic industry, improve the molding efficiency of plastic products, mold temperature machine in the production process of plastic products accurate temperature control, can help plastic products rapid prototyping, so as to improve the molding efficiency of plastic products.
Basic functions:
- Return oil and set temperature display.
- The heating power gears adjustment.
- Hot oil BY-PASS release pressure loop.

Inlet oil returns to the mold temperature controller and then be pressured by pump to the heating elements. After being heated, High temperature oil will be forced to mold and continue the circle. In the process,if the oil temperature is too high,the system will activate the solenoid valve to let cooling water cool down the temperature directly until the oil is down to the system requirement. If the temperature keeps increasing and reach to the set point, system will sound high pressure alarm and stop operation; when system pressure is too high(reach set value of high pressure switch), alarm would sounds and machine halts: when cooling water pressure fails to reach the set value,pressure switch will send a signal of water storage to launch low pressure alarm and machine stopped.
